Mountain Equipment Co-Op members who have completed the Canadian Avalanche Centre's (CAC) Avalanche Skills Training (AST) program are eligible to rent an avalanche safety package for free at the Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Montreal locations. Those interested should contact the rentals desk at these stores. Visit the MEC website for more information.
